Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: email, first name, what you do, your one-liner, optional photo.
• Location: city-level while the app is in use — to build your dinner pool and pick nearby spots. Never in the background.
• Preferences: party size, budget tier, tastes, time, age band, language.
• Activity: picks, tables joined, check-ins, reviews, post-dinner likes.
• Device: push token, app version, crash logs.

2. What we never collect

• Precise home/work address, contacts, photos library, browsing history. No ads SDK, no data brokers.

3. How it's used

• Seating: matching runs on budget, tastes, time, age band and language. It never uses race, ethnicity or religion — we don't ask for them.
• Notifications: two kinds only — today's spot and your table status. No marketing pushes.

4. What others see

• Before dinner: your first name, what you do, your one-liner.
• After a mutual like: your photo and the contact handle you chose to share. Never your email.
• Reviews show your first name, never your contact.

5. Sharing

• Restaurants get party size and first names for the booking. Processors (hosting, SMS/email, crash analytics) act under contract. We never sell personal data.

6. Retention & deletion

• Delete your account in Settings — reversible for 30 days, then permanently erased (dinners, likes, contacts, reviews de-identified). Backups purge within 90 days.

7. Your rights

• Access, export, correct, delete — email antyxiong333@gmail.com. California residents: CCPA rights apply; we don't sell or "share" data as defined by CPRA.

8. Age

• 17+. We don't knowingly serve minors; suspected accounts are removed.

9. Changes

• Material changes announced in-app 14 days ahead.
